Here’s a video tutorial on how to create a Dota 2 Team Banner. The sizes(pixels) needed here are 256×256 and 250×150, check out the video below for more info.
You will need an image editing tool, Photoshop will be used here. You will also need to download this, makes it much easier Team Banner Set
Here’s a short written guide to be used with the video below;
1) Open the 3 files found inside the Team Banner Set . (1 border, 1 arrow and pick a banner cloth you like)
2) Select /Select all on each image and copy/paste them together, so all images overlap each other. Arrange them like the video below. Triangles, border then cloth.
3) Select the triangle image layer and switch to your magic wand tool (Shift+W to cycle).
4)Shift+left click on both triangles to select them.
5)Remove the visibility/eye icon on the top 2 images and select the cloth layer. You will still see the 2 triangles selected. Press Delete.
6) Make everything visible again and you’re done. Nice and easy.
7) Just open up your logo and drag/drop it on the banner and resize it and your banner is ready.
If you’re new to photoshop, i would suggest reading the help manual or just follow the video carefully.
